Tuition Refund Policy
Refunds, minus a $25.00 administrative fee, are possible if written notification of cancellation is received by July 3. After July 3, one half of the paid tuition will be reimbursed upon written notification.

Conference organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any program because of unforeseen circumstances.

Registrations will be confirmed by mail. Should you register and not receive a confirmation notice at least two weeks prior to the conference, please call the Office of Continuing Medical Education at (518) 262-5828 to confirm that we have received your information.
